Budapest is the capital and the largest city of Hungary. It is also one of the largest cities in the European Union.
The 8th edition of Kiteival Mauritius will launch on the 26th of July and will be held in different ‘downwinders’ around Mauritius island. Open to all level riders both local and international, Kiteival is organised by two experienced and passionate Mauritians: Nico Kux, Kiteival’s Technical Director – Sindbad Ltd – National Kite Instructor IKO Certified and Albert d’Unienville, Lux sports Manager, who has a long and solid experience in the organization of major international and local (sports) events holidays in Mauritius.
The stages of the event include: On the 26th of July, check in at the Tamassa Hotel in Lux Bel Ombre for briefing and party at the hotel’s night club. From the 27th of July and on, spots include Pte d’ Ency to Mahebourg spot, Palmar to Poste La Fayette spot and and Roches Noires to Cap Malheureux spot. Note that the stage dates can be adjusted according to local coastal forecast and weather conditions.
For this year’s edition, the wave contest will be held at Le Morne, the freestyle contest will be held at the end of the Poste La Fayette downwinder where the half moon bay adapts itself best to the freestyle and the closing ceremony and prize giving will be held right at the end of the Kiteival Mauritius event, at one massive party/venue.
