The island of Barbados is lying west of the Atlantic Ocean. It is also standing on the eastern side of the Caribbean Sea. Barbados is located east of the Windward Islands, a group of islands that belongs to Lesser Antilles. Bridgetown is the capital city of Barbados.

You will be enchanted by the beauty of these gorgeous beaches with crystal clear, blue waters. Τhe name of the spot testifies that Surfer’s Point is a great place, where many surfers enjoy the waves. It is located on the southern side of the island. It is easy to identify it and has an easy access to the public. You have to walk for about 5-10 minutes.
Surfers are able to enjoy the waves with swell sizes that can start from less than 1 m/3.3 ft and can hold up to 1.5 m/4.9 ft or more. The optimum swell direction is from the North, Northwest and East, while the best wind direction is when coming from East and Northeast. The type of the wave is reef-rocky.
