Thredbo is widely considered to be as Australia's best ski resort. The spot is at about 500 km/310 mi in the south of Sydney, accessible by the Alpine Wayvia Cooma, Berridale and Jindabyne.

There are in total 12 trails, 40% of which are formed for beginners, 30% for intermediate snowboarders and the other 30% of trails are tailored for those who are interested in something more extreme. The longest run is 0.12 mi/0.20 km. If you want something more challenging, a terrain park is available to work on your jumping, rail slides and other tricks.
The resort also offers 3 lifts. On spot, you will find rental shops and a ski school for adults as well as children. After your activity, a visit to the nearby areas is well worth it.
