Mount Kato is a place, where beginners are able to hone their snowboarding abilities. For your activity the resort offers a vertical drop of 240 ft (73 m), a top elevation of 840 ft (260 m) and a skiable area of 55 ac/2.22 m². There are 19 trails, 4 of which are tailored for beginners, 8 for intermediate and 7 trails for advanced snowboarders. Be aware that all trails are covered with 100% of snowmaking.
Most of the slopes are gentle and offer the most challenging features. You also find 8 chair lifts, 5 quad and 3 double lifts. Mount Kato provides whatever you need about your activity from a ski school to rental shops.
