But that is not all. Perth is home to a number of skate parks worth visiting. Nedlands Skate Park is situated close to the Nedlands Yacht Club. It is a free public skateboard park that features a fun-box, smooth transitions and a 5 in/12 cm mini ramp with extensions.
This spot, that opened in October 2000, has very smooth surface with two wide red and blue quarter pipes at both ends of the park. In addition, the ramps are about 0.9 m/3 ft high. Keep in mind that, the skate park is closed during bad weather. Furthermore, the site is suitable for both the beginner and the experienced skateboarder.
