The spot is approximately an hour drive from Johannesburg and level of difficulty here is graded as intermediate, operating all year through.
The rapids here range from grade 1 – 4, depending on water levels and allows for paddling between reed islands through a number of winding river channels. The rafting tour lasts anything from 2-4 hours and advance booking is necessary with a minimum pax of 5.
