Diamond Bay is located on the south of the Gap dive site and west of the Sydney’s Harbor. A lot of rock climbing enthusiasts consider this place as one of the best sea crags of Sydney because of the selection of its grades. Graded between 16 and 26 and classified as easy to hard, the spot is suitable for all different levels.
The climbing here is vertical bolted with slightly overhanging and with 32 routes among the grades. The walls can seep for a few days after heavy rain, so it is advisable to wear helmets. The crag is sunny during the day until late afternoon. Last but not least, Diamond Bay crag is great in winter, but it can be quite slimy in summer.
