It is located on Cashmere Mountain lower slopes, above the Bridge Creek Campground. Once you get there, in order to approach the Falls, you cross the bridge and turn right on a small gated road. Follow this road and after 100 ft/30 m turn on the left.It is a fantastic classic climb with a number of variations to climb.
The biggest route, is formed by the flow of a small drainage with fat and thick ice, preserved for a long time due to its north facing orientation. The skill level required to climb Hubba Hubba Falls is grade II – III, WI 3-4. The route is vertical with long steep sections, but has available rest spots and good protection.
The length of this climb depends on snow cover and ice conditions. Once you reach the top, you can descent by either rappelling the route down, or walk off to climber’s right. Here you get an amazing ice climbing adventure into the wild nature of Cashmere Mountain. Climbers should take rigid crampons, ice tools and ice protection with them. Always check the weather conditions, before you choose this climb due to high avalanche danger on the area.
