Wool Bay Jetty is another wonderful diving site located approximately 2.5 hours away from Adelaide, on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia.
Wool Bay offers relatively shallow diving amongst sea-grass meadows and intertidal rocky reef, with an average depth of 3 m / 9 ft. The site is an ideal location for beginners in diving but any level of diver will appreciate the marine life on offer in the shallows.
Wool Bay is considered to be as one of the best sites to locate the illusive leafy sea dragon and has also proven a popular site for frog fish. Its simple access via timber steps into the water makes it a superb dive when visiting the region. Don’t forget to take your camera with you for this easy shallow dive!

Aagot was a three masted square rig sailing ship built by Dobie & Company and was launched on 1 June 1882. She was wrecked on Wardang Island on October 11th, 1907.
