Kimball Bottoms OHV Area is a perfect Quad Biking track, which lies about 8 mi/12.8 km south of Bismarck, North Dakota.
The 25 mi/40 km of trails promise an extraordinary activity. The track has forest climate type and sits at an elevation of 1620 to 1640 ft/493.78 to 499.88 m. Kimball Bottoms OHV Area includes mostly sand, many trees, some loose dirt, some mud and little rocks. You also find some hazards, which are marked, but still ride carefully. The water crossings and few berms will make your Quad Biking activity an unforgettable one. Kimball Bottoms OHV Area is open year-round and hosts mostly amateur riders, some novices and little experts.
This area borders the Missouri River and it is also famous for fishing, swimming and camping. Furthermore, a spark arresting silencer is required and there is also a noise limitation. Be aware that the area is prone to flooding, so get informed before you come and contact the US Army Corp of Engineers at (701) 255-0015. Riding, parking lot, entrance and camping area are free.
