It is an easy going community only 16 mi/25.8 km away from Boulder. One of the most popular sports in Longmont is Mountain Biking. Longmont and the nearby Boulder have numerous trails and amazing views all the way. On east Boulder there is a trail great for mountain biking.
It is a single trail in flat lands and sometimes is kind of tricky to find. The ride has a combination of three, easy trail sections; each one is unique for a ride with nice conditions. You can do the ride in either direction, with the most difficult single track, located in the northerly section and the easy flat one to the south.
