Yanchep beach is an interesting dive site that is very popular amongst divers and snorkelers. The average depth here is at 5 m/16.4 ft and the maximum is at 7 m/23 ft. In addition, visibility is pretty good and varies from 10 m/33 ft to 30 m/98.4 ft. Divers will come across various sea stars, hard and soft corals, sea anemones and turban shells.
Also, expect to see western blue devil, octopus, prawns, cuttlefish, crayfish, rays, old wives, schools of bream and red lipped morwong to name just a few. It should be mentioned that, Yanchep beach is usually crowded, especially during weekends. It is advisable to take a dive flag with you, due to the boat traffic. Last but not least, the dive site is appropriate for divers of all levels.

Pulau Tiga is located at 48 km/29.9 mi in the south of Kota Kinabalu and became well known due to the "Survivor" series, hosting the setting of "Survivor Borneo", the first American season of the show.
