Shady Pass Road is located in one and a half hour away from Wenatchee Town, next to Lake Chelan. It is 26 mi/41 km long, (point to point), with minimal elevation gain, suitable for all skill levels.
The road is steep and rough, about two hours drive, but when you reach Chelan Mountain at 6000 ft/1828 m, you can admire breathtaking views of the Cascade Range, the Entiat Valley and Lake Chelan. Don’t forget to take with you a map and a compass, or a GPS.
