Rafting in Colorado River, Boulder, Colorado USA

Levels:
Class II and III
Berthoud Pass is located between Idaho Springs and Winter Park and is one of the closest areas in Denver for whitewater rafting. It belongs to Boulder County and is just an hour away.

If you are looking for a lovely, scenic raft trip, Colorado River is the one to do it. It has mild whitewater (class II, III), jumping rocks, beautiful canyons, hot springs and rich wildlife, making this raft trip a time to remember. You can choose from half day or full day trips, having or not lunch and at any variety of time.

All the trips include floating through Lower Gore Canyon and going by the Radium hot springs and the famous Jump Rock. If you choose the full day trip, you add to your experience six more miles and Yarmony Canyon. All the trips meet about an hour from Winter Park, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs and Grand Lakes.

Bring with you shorts or swimsuit, sport sandals or tennis shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen, a change of clothing and of course water.
