The Dolomites mountain group is one of the most extensive snow skiing areas in the Alps mountain chain. The entire zone, known as Dolomiti Superski, extends over the northern Italian provinces of Trento, Bolzano and Belluno and it is divided into 21 snow parks for a total of 1200 km/745.6 mi of slopes.

For the snowboarding fans, there are separated arenas, very well organized and shaped with natural formed snowboarding slopes. A quite large part of these slopes are floodlight, giving you the opportunity for night rides. Trentino – Alto Adige region is an extended snow activities playground where most privileged are the skiers and the boarders. The first-rate organized network with the breathtaking panorama of the Dolomites Mountains makes the area the perfect arena for those looking for excitement and fan.

On the eastern side, in Val Pusteria, there is the biggest skiing area of Alto Adige, the Plan de Corones, featuring more than 50 km/31 mi long of ski runs. Every year many competitions and championships, national and international ones are held on the spot, namely the Snowboard World Cup, the Biathlon World Cup, the National Snowboard Championship Trophy and more others races and events.
