Sierra at Tahoe is about 16 mi/25.8 km south of state line, Nevada and 12 mi/19.3 km south of South Lake Tahoe on Highway 50. The resort is inside Eldorado National Forest. Sierra at Tahoe is perfect for skiing. The resort has 2000 ac/8.10 km² of skiable area with 46 runs.
