Skate Boarding in Mammoth Lakes, Yosemite National Park, California USA

SkatePark length:
40000 ft²/3716 m²
Mammoth Lakes is located near Mammoth Mountain, in California’s eastern Sierra about 100 mi/161 km south of Nevada State Line, 9 mi/14.5 km northwest of Mount Morrison, at an elevation of 7880 ft/2402 m, Mono County, California, USA.

If you are a skateboarder, you will have a blast in Mammoth Lakes, at the 40000 ft²/3716 m² Volcom Brothers Skatepark! You can skate on real rocks or super smooth concrete. There are also a Burnside wall, humps, a love seat wall, a giant cradle, lumps, a big’ol bowl and many different transfers!

Besides that, there is Shady Rest Skatepark, which is nestled in pines at 7800 ft/2377 m. It is located at the end of Sawmill Cutoff Rd next to Shady Rest Park. There are many things to do here, like wreck yourself into ghetto style Jersey barriers and do the double quick kick flip to fakie on the quarter pipe.

Try to ollie on the pyramid or grind a curb or a rail. You must wear helmet and safety gear, otherwise risk getting a ticket.
