Hong Kong or else the "Asia's World City" is a unique city, located on the south coast of China and enclosed by the South China Sea and the Pearl River Delta. Hong Kong has humid subtropical climate, influenced by the monsoons. Summers are hot and humid with frequent thunderstorms and typhoons and the temperature exceeds 30 °C/86 °F during the day, while winter is cool and mild with an average temperature of 19 °C/66 °F. Besides the wide variety of attractions and cultural events and happenings in the city, Hong Kong has a lot to offer to the extreme sport enthusiasts.

Jockey Club International BMX Park is the official venue of the Hong Kong Cycling association and provides great cycling facilities to the BMX fans. Located on the lower platform of the Gin Drinkers Bay Landfill, in the Kwai Tsing District, the park covers an area of more than 39200 m²/421950 ft² and is designed and constructed according to the UCI standards for BMX racing.

Suitable for all skill levels and ages, the park has an international standard BMX track, 1148 ft/350 m long and a BMX cycling track, 196 ft/60 m long. With many jumps and banked corners along with other obstacles, this park will definitely give you a thrill. You can arrange lessons, if you are a beginner, practise and participate in races that are organized in the park throughout the season.

Gear rentals, snack bar, changing rooms and parking are all available on the spot. So gear up and get ready to enjoy a high adrenaline ride in the Jockey Club International BMX Park. The park is open from Tuesday to Sunday. However, in case of extreme weather and heavy showers, it remains closed.
