Little Rock is the capital of Arkansas and it is situated on the south bank of the Arkansas River. It has its name taken from the French explorer Benard de LaHarpe in 1721. It is a historic city with many museums, such as the Central High Museum, Children’s Museum and Discovery Museum. It also features awesome restaurants and exciting nightlife and offers many recreational activities to visitors.

Scenic Hot Air Balloon ride is the most fun way to enjoy views of the breathtaking Chenal Mountain, Pinnacle Mountain, Lake Maumelle and the Arkansas River. Typically, a Hot Air balloon ride is scheduled early in the morning, as it is the best time to catch the ideal wind, but it can also be scheduled early in the afternoon.

Though the most flyable days are during March to October, you can always experience a winter flight (weather permitting).
