Perth is the capital city of Western Australia, located on the Swan River. The climate here is classified as Mediterranean, with hot and dry summers and cool and wet winters. Immerse yourself in the unique combination of stunning natural surroundings, beautiful beaches with clear waters, greenery park-lands and outstanding city architecture that attract visitors all year long.

But that is not all. Perth is home to a number of skate parks worth visiting. Nedlands Skate Park is situated close to the Nedlands Yacht Club. It is a free public skateboard park that features a fun-box, smooth transitions and a 5 in/12 cm mini ramp with extensions.

This spot, that opened in October 2000, has very smooth surface with two wide red and blue quarter pipes at both ends of the park. In addition, the ramps are about 0.9 m/3 ft high. Keep in mind that, the skate park is closed during bad weather. Furthermore, the site is suitable for both the beginner and the experienced skateboarder.

Last but not least, Perth provides a plethora of accommodation options, good restaurants and bars to relax and have fun.

How to Get to Destination

BY CAR FROM Perth
7.1km/4.7mi, 12mins
Head south on William St / State Route 53 in Wesley Arcade. Continue along Riverside Drive / State Route 5. Continue to follow the State Route 5. Turn left at the Hackett Drive. Go through two roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit to The Avenue. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Broadway. Turn right at the Esplanade.
