Offshore winds blow from the north, northwest and the ideal swell direction is from the south, southwest.
Last but not least, if you are a trekking fun then you should take a coastal walk, the Bushrangers Bay Track and get some breathtaking views over the sea. Note: watch out for sharks and rocks.
