Salina is a city in and the county seat of Salina County, Kansas, United States. It is the largest wheat-producing area and a regional trade center of north central Kansas. Salina has a humid continental climate with hot and humid summers and typically cold and dry winters.

This single-track trail  is 1 mi/1.6 km length and features really challenging characteristics. In order to find the entrance, start at the North end of Ymca parking lot and follow the wooden marked trail reading “Fitness Trail” which will lead you into the world of excitement.

In order to complete the 1.2 mi/1.9 km loop, simply reach at the end of the trail then follow the gavel path and cross over the road to reach the woods on the North side. Beginners will appreciate the single track trail with lots of tight turns and a few small rises. Generally the park track is easy to ride and very funny. Nearby you will find bike shops that will provide you with the appropriate equipment.
