The magnificent natural beauty and the ideal weather conditions create a long and diverse paragliding season. At few minutes away from the city, Sarankot village stands at an altitude of 4675 ft/1425 m high and makes the perfect location for jump offs. Famous for the uplifting thermal winds, the spot attracts para-gliders from all around the world, offering various landing spots.

Suitable for all skill levels practitioners and with many schools around the area providing lessons or tandem flights, this is a one in a lifetime experience. As soon as you let yourself go, the warm breeze will gracefully drift you away above breathtaking landscapes, high mountains, rise fields and the turquoise waters of the lake.

If you arrange a tandem flight, you can also experience the incredible feeling of para-hawking. Once you taste this adventure over the majestic Himalayan mountains, the world will never be the same again.
