The route is challenging as it passes through remote areas with many obstacles, streams and rivers, vertical cliffs and a lot of mud. Certainly not a ride for beginners. There are four checkpoints along the way, were each one has access to a main road. On the second check point, called  the 3 Hermanas, there will be launch available, gasoline and the emergency crew. Registration is available at 50$ and you can book via email or or call to 507-2652464.

This year the event will be honored to host Chris Birch (2010 RedBull Romanics champion and 3 times Roof of Africa title holder). Other participants are Jerry Curtis, Panamanian, Florida Enduro Champion, Class A, 50+ and many more riders from Salvador and Costa Rica.
