Naches is a small agricultural town in Yakima County, located in the Naches Valley, next to the Cascade Mountain and Wenatchee National Forest. White Pass ski resort is within few miles in the west of Naches Town.

The elevation of the base is at 4500 ft/1370 m and lifts take you to the summit which is 6500 ft/1980 m high with a vertical drop of 2000 ft/610 m. The ski resort is perfect for snowboarding for all skill levels and very well organized with 45 total trails and an 11 mi/18 km of Nordic network.

It also provides a terrain park, a snowboard racing club and a freestyle team that anyone can join. The base facilities include snowboard gear rentals and repairs, lockers, food and a bar, lessons for beginners and overnight accommodation at the White Pass Village Inn. White Pass is recognized as one of the greatest mountains to ride in the northwest.

With abundant snowfall during winter and unspoiled mountain beauty, it provides natural quarter-pipes, kickers, drops and cornices that are challenging even for the most experienced riders. Additionally, the learning center has developed a large variety of programs for all ages and skills.
