Mountain High ski resort is located in San Gabriel Mountains, along State Route 2, west of Wrightwood, Los Angeles County, California.

It is one of the most visited resorts in southern California. The Resort is perfect for skiing. Mountain High Resort is separated into three resorts, along State Route 2, The Mountain High West Resort, The Mountain High East Resort and The Mountain High North Resort. The Mountain High West Resort reaches up to about 7000 – 8000 ft/2134 – 2438 m.

It is the most popular of the three and the biggest part of the terrain is dedicated to Mountain High’s Faultline Terrain Park. The Mountain High East Resort reaches up to about 6600 – 8200 ft/2012 – 2499 m. East Resort has longer runs and more open terrains.

Longest run is Goldrush, being 1.6 mi/2.6 km long and is the longest run in southern California. The Mountain High North Resort reaches up to about 7200 – 7800 ft/2195 – 2377 m and is mostly dedicated to beginners and intermediate skiers and also offers night skiing.

Vertical drop is 1600 ft/487.7 m and skiable area covers 290 ac/1.17 m². Average snowfall is 142 in/360.7 cm and ski season lasts from early November to late April. The trails are 25% for beginners, 40% for intermediate and 35% for advanced skiers.

It has a lift system of 14 lifts, 2 high speed quads, 2 triple chairlifts, 2 quad chairlifts, 5 double chairlifts and 3 moving carpets.
