Kite-surfing in Kite Beach is open to both the novice and the expert and although it is considered an all year round activity, the best times for kite-surfing is from November to March.

Cross-shore winds predominant from the north-east and south-west, creating a perfect kite-surfing atmosphere with wind strengths at 10-25 knots and average swells at 1.2 m/4 ft. South-west winds are the stronger of the 2, with September and October hosting the strongest winds, while May and June have the calmest winds.
