My name is George Kikos and I live in Athens, Greece. I spend my days practicing on BMX Flatland category which is basically ground tricks. I started at a very young age and got stuck with it as I was watching older riders practicing in various open squares around the city.
Having about 18 years of being a professional BMX Flatland rider, I have managed to reach the goals I always wanted. I now ride every day for 4 to 5 hours. For me, this is my life style and so much more. I have also participated in many contests around Europe! This is my one and true passion and while I ride around with my BMX, I feel alive – FLAΤLΑΝD for life!!
A good position in a big contest
That there are no closed parks or spots where I can practice. Other than that, injuries are part of the game
I practice my skills 25km away from home. I go there every day as it is the only place I can do it right!
My family and friends as well as many other people I think cause what they see is very different than what they’re used to see on a BMX.
Contests and a lot of good videos.

The Enipeas gorge has everything you would like to see and experience especially if you love nature and adventure, combining river trekking and canyoning! It is located on the eastern slopes of Mount Olympus in the area of Prionia at 1000m altitude, it is 6km in length and divided into three parts. Alongside the Enipeas gorge passes the most famous international trail E4.
We leave the cars at the monastery of St. Dionysius and after 1 hour of hiking the E4 trail we arrive at the entrance of the II section of the gorge at an altitude of 620m.
The scenery here will fascinate you offering a natural environment of incredible beauty with magnificent high walls and rare rock formations, lush vegetation, water slides, swimming, diving from a height into the vathres (small lakes) with crystal clear waters and 3 rappels 5m to 40m! This section is of moderate difficulty level and young people aged 16 and over can participate.
Leaving behind this part and after descending for 5.30 – 6.00 hours, we hike for 1.30 hour on an easy trail to Milous (a tavern outside Litochoro village) at 470m altitude (Altitude difference 150m).
The best time to visit the canyon is from June to August.
