Jasper is a beautiful city located in Pickens County, in Georgia, USA. It is the county seat of Pickens County and a small city of about 4000 residents. «The First Mountain City», as Jasper is nicknamed, is situated at 50 mi/80.5 km in the north of Atlanta and is an attraction to many off road enthusiasts, as there are many amazing off road parks spread around the county.

Fairmount is a lovely city near Jasper, Georgia. In Fairmount, you will come across an awesome off – road park that gains popularity every day. Moto Mountain Park is a private facility opened daily, all year round, offering approximately 76 mi/122.3 km of marked, not rated and heavily maintained woods trails with levels of experience that range from novices to experts.

The entire area covers 2 mi²/5.18 km² and lies at an elevation of 1000 to 1350 ft/305 to 411.5 m. The quad biking trails are all in the shade, as the park is in the forest. The features of this forest park are amazing.

Loose dirt, mostly hard pack, mud, dust, rocks, a few steep hills, berms, single tracks, roads and many intersections. The area is extremely popular, so there might be traffic. You will stumble upon some hazards that are all marked. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be cautious.

Due to the characteristics of the park, it is most suitable for amateurs, but still novices or experts can enjoy a nice ride. The park is opened from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. There is no parking or entrance fee, but there is a camping fee and a fee per rider. It is recommended to stay at least one or two days, in order to enjoy this amazing park.
