I started riding bikes when 15 years old, just for fun, when I did 2nd place at the nationals – almost 3 years ago, I started to get serious about it, and training. Nowadays, I have good sponsors with me, and I’m a professional athlete. I like to ride enduro and downhill, crossfit and I have a good physiotherapist with me… My favorite place to ride is Whislter.

It’s important to be the best you can, I try to pass a good message to everyone about how bicycles can be good, healthy, and an awesome sport to practice. We always have to get on a race to win.
My goal is to be national champion, and always improve my skills. Never stop.
Sometimes it’s hard to get a routine, but with that, you got a lot of discipline.
I never ride alone. I have good tracks around me, I’m training Enduro during the week, and Downhill on weekends.
I think the mental is a big key. You need to practice it also.
My family, my boyfriend… they support me a lot.
Keep racing and training.
