Karangasem Regency is a regency of Bali, Indonesia. The east side of Bali is its place of coverage and the regency seat is Amlapura. Part of this regency is Amed and the scuba diving spot of Jemeluk Bay.

Jemeluk Bay is a beautiful scuba diving spot, east of Amed. It is a very easy to find place, approachable by boat and from the shore only with a short walking distance of 5 minutes. Bio life of the place is extremely interesting and the types of dive you can choose from are wall, deep and reef.

Photography and marine biology of the spot are rising and due to the magnificent scenery of colorful bottom, even more beautiful pictures seem to come to life. The quality of the diving site is good with a few dangers of depth and currents. They are few, but lethal, so be very careful.

The average depth of the place is 10 m/32.8 ft, while the maximum depth reaches 30 m/98.4 ft. Currents are medium, but can get pretty rough and visibility is good.

It is suggested to be experienced, if you wish to dive in this site, as the level of experience is CMAS */OW. It is a wonderful scuba diving destination that is totally worth a visit.
