Lee Valley White Water Centre is located just in the north of London and it is the host venue to the 2012 London Olympic Canoe Slalom events. If you want to experience the ultimate adventure, then you should visit this place and perform white water rafting. The center provides with two courses to choose from, according to your needs.

The first one is the 300 m/984 ft Olympic Standard Competition course with a drop of 5.5 m/18.04 ft from the start pool to the finish, and the second course is a 160 m/524 ft Legacy Loop with a drop of 1.6 m/5.24 ft from the start pool to the lake. With grades between the courses and the lake, that range from one to four, this spot is appropriate for all levels of paddlers with a reasonable level of fitness.

It is advisable to arrive at the center about 30 minutes before your booking. It should be noted that the site provides all the necessary equipment and also offers a variety of facilities, including free parking. Last but not least, the ideal period for visiting the center is from May to September.
