Adelaide, the liveliest city in Australia, is the capital of South Australia state. It is situated on the Adelaide Plains and more specifically at the north side of Fleurieu Peninsula. The city is built next to Torrens River and is surrounded by the Mount Lofty Ranges and the Gulf St Vincent. Prospect Hill is located behind Kuitpo Forest, leading down Blackfellows Creek Road to Mt Magnificent Conservation Park

If you love mountain biking freeride, you should visit Prospect Hill, next to Kuitpo Forest. There is a great variety of trails (1-7 km/1093.6 yd-4 mi) you can choose from, depending on your level of competence (from easy to really tough and demanding downhill trails for the advanced rider).

If you are more experienced and into downhill MTB, try the single-tracks in the race area, but beware that there are many jumps, steep sections, natural obstacles, while the terrain is pretty technical and demanding.

Note: DH riders must wear full-face helmets and body armours.
