The Turks and Caicos Islands lie in the Lucayan Archipelago and are a British Overseas Territory consisting of eight islands: West Caicos, Providenciales, East Caicos, South Caicos, North and Middle Caicos, Grand Turk and Saly Cay. Only East and West Caicos are uninhabited. Apart from a superb tourist destination, they are also well-known as an offshore financial center. The climate of the islands is classified as marine tropical, providing relatively consistent temperatures throughout the year.

Providenciales boasts one of the best beaches in the world, the famous Grace Bay Beach. With luxury hotels, world-class restaurants, an international airport and a great number of watersports and leisure activities, this location guarantees the most memorable holidays.

The Dome is a dive site, located in Providenciales that welcomes divers and snorkelers of all skill levels. The spot was named after the dome, a metal structure that was built here as a prop for a French reality TV show. Nowadays, the ruins of the dome attract schooling fish, tiny blennies and gobies. The average depth of the spot is 10 m/32.8 ft and the maximum is 12 m/39.4 ft.

Currents are not strong and the water temperature varies between 24 °C/75.2 °F and 30 °C/86 °F. Visibility is good, ranging from 10 m/32.8 ft to 30 m/98.4 ft and access to the dive location is by boat. With warm, turquoise waters and an amazing sea life, this is a place worth visiting!
