Bainbridge is a city that belongs in Decatur County, Georgia, USA. The county is situated southwest of the country and Bainbridge is right in the middle of the county, being the county seat. Bainbridge is also known for the big off – road sporting activity.

In Cairo near Bainbridge lies one of the most popular supercross facilities, Millsaps Training Facility. The training facility is owned and managed by David Millsaps’ mother. The 50 ac/0.20 km², urban, man made terrain lies at an elevation of 250 to 300 ft/76.2 to 91.4 m.

On the trails, you will come across a lot of riders’ traffic, because it is extremely popular, due to the number and consistency of the trails. There are 4 MX tracks, including only one supercross track, but an amazing one. There are also many trails for training, so you can practice there before the big race!

At one edge of the facility, you will find a big pond, where you can swim or walk around. Tracks consist of sand, dust, mud when it rains and are wide enough to fit many riders. The trails are watered, groomed and have a starting gate. The facility is opened all year round. There is a fee per rider, but you will have to check the website for the rates.

The facility offers many amenities, such as RV hookups, onsite bunkhouses, wireless internet, an onsite mechanic shop, a fitness center and shops.  Bear in mind that in order to ride on the supercross track, you must have an AMA pro license. Recommended stay is at least one week to enjoy the place and dust!
